My experience was mostly with Marrisa at Parts department and also Justin in the Service department. Both individuals were very polite and seemed knowledgable in their respective departments. I experienced some delays in shipping quotes, but overall we are very satisfied with the services provided and the quality of workmanship.

My wife and I bought a Jayco JayFlight 28BHS from Nickel Belt Camping this year.
Our experience has been nothing but positive! The sale experience was fantastic. We did not feel pressured, and they were very patient with all of our questions. We soon settled on what was to be our travel trailer!
Like anything else made by hand, sometimes there are a few repairs needed. The service department has been beyond accommodating - resolving issues with our weight distribution systems, fixing small cosmetic issues, and repairing the main door. Service was fast, quasi-next day!
We strongly feel that we are going to be taken care of for years to come! My wife and I never hesitate to send folks to Nickel Belt Camping if they are looking a camper.

Traveling to a Provincial Park when we lost our brakes for our Travel Trailer. The staff at Nickel Belt were excellent to deal with our concerns. Our camper was brought in immediatly into the shop.
